Our nonwoven business was launched in 1971, with the founding of Kuraray Chicopee Co. Ltd., as a joint venture business with Johnson & Johnson. The business is operated by KURARAY CO., LTD. today.

Thanks to your support, we have continued our operations for more than 50 years.

As a member of the Kuraray Group, we have the potential to apply its proprietary technologies to the unique raw material resins developed by Kuraray group companies to develop completely new materials.
Our nonwoven products have become widely accepted in many markets, including household goods, industrial products, automotive components, personal hygiene, professional and consumer medical products, and many more.
In recent years, demand has grown in Asia and other regions worldwide, and we are accelerating our global expansion.
